Can seminars I already purchased count toward HIA-CAP?

Yes. HIA applies 75% of the amount you paid for eligible required seminars toward HIA-CAP when you enroll within 12 months of your most recent eligible seminar purchase.

What happens if I do not pass the exam the first time?

One free retake is included after a short waiting period. Additional attempts are paid.

How long is HIA-CAP valid?

HIA-CAP is valid for three years. Renewal requires either passing the current certification exam or completing HIA-designated renewal training.
